– Founded in France (1972) by Venerable Pierre Goursat<\/a> & Martine Lafitte-Catta after experiencing the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit<\/h3>\n

– 11,500 community members that includes 265 priests, 100 seminarians and 225 men & women consecrated in celibacy.<\/h3>\n

Together, we\u00a0are called is to be missionary in the heart of the world, to reveal the presence of the God of Love, “Emmanuel”, “God-with-us”, to everyone we encounter.<\/span><\/h3>\n

2016<\/strong> – OPENING OF THE BEATIFICATION PROCESS OF DAPHROSE AND CYPRIEN Rugamba and the children who died with them in the Rwandan genoside<\/em><\/p>\n

2017<\/strong> – Creation of the CLERICAL ASSOCIATION OF THE EMMANUEL COMMUNITY Indissolubly linked to the Public Association of the Faithful<\/em><\/p>\n

Adoration<\/p><\/div>\n

Through commitment to Eucharistic Adoration, our hearts are transformed leading us to share in the compassion of the Heart of Jesus for the World and commit to evangelisation as an expression of our Baptism.<\/h3>\n

The experience of the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit \u00a0strengthens the grace of Baptism and Confirmation in us. He who is “Emmanuel” a word that means “God-with-us, \u00a0accompanies us in everyday life as we strive for holiness.<\/h3>\n

People from different parts of Ireland, married & single, youth and priests make up the Emmanuel Community in Ireland. \u00a0 Activities include missions and evangelisation with parishes and in cities. \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A special emphasis is placed on participation in <\/span>World Youth Days<\/a> and <\/span>pilgrimages to <\/span>Paray Le Monial, France, Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus<\/a><\/h3>\n
