…. It is not our doing at all. That’s right, we can be really sure of that.’   

Thus spoke Pierre Goursat on 30th December 1977, and members of Emmanuel have been telling their amazing stories about all God has done in their lives ever since….


In September 1990, CYPRIEN and DAPHROSE Rugamba started the Emmanuel Community in Kigali, Rwanda. On the 7th April 1994, the first day of the genocide in Rwanda, they were assassinated with 6 of their 10 children. The couple’s reputation for holiness throughout the country impelled the Emmanuel Community to request the opening of their cause for canonization on 18th September 2015.  Click HERE to learn more about this married couples life


IMG_1095PAUL Glennon is a native of Kiltevna, Co Galway in the parish of Dunmore, and is a member of the Emmanuel Community.

Edmund & Fiona CollinsEDMUND & FIONA Collins are married.  They are from Belfast and are members of the Emmanuel Community. From different backgrounds and life experiences, they tell of their journeys in life and faith on Sacred Space West Limerick 102fm Radio.
